What leadership style would you use to manage others?

 In effect, this campaign on getting into the outdoors, is an attempt to manage others. It is an attempt to show others a way of living that supports getting outside, enjoying nature, going hunting, going fishing, going camping, etc. This is an ambition of mine that I want to share and get other people encouraged to take a step into the outdoors. My goal is to show everyone various ways they can get out into the outdoors and honor their natural resources that many people take for granted. It is my vision to get more people into nature and to see the pure beauty that mother nature has to offer. Granted, I know that this may be difficult for some, however, this does not mean hole up inside and ignore the concept of the campaign.

With the concept of the "Visionary" style of leadership, I relate to my overall campaign to this style of leadership. It is my vision of getting more people into the great outdoors and enjoying nature. It is my vision that people are enjoying themselves and feeling healthier getting exposed to a new environment. This style of leadership incorporates a new strategy, approach, etc. that is implemented and worked through with. 

Personally, there's nothing I look forward to more than getting out in the boat and going fishing, putting on my gear and hiking or walking through fields to hunt, or even packing up some gear and hitting the hiking trails. It is in my best interest to help inspire people to get into the outdoors and share the same passion that I possess.

 To me, getting into the outdoors is simple. To others, this may be a little difficult. However, it's simpler than you may think. To me, getting into the outdoors consists of going out into the badlands and hiking for mule deer, or walking the plains in search of pheasants and other upland game. This can also mean hitting the lake in search of walleyes or whatever bites. This, however, is not the only way to get into the outdoors. Simply getting on your bike and heading to the park is an easy way of getting into the outdoors. Heading to a local park or national park and going for a hike is another way. Getting into the outdoors is very enjoyable, and very beneficial to the human heart and the soul. When I'm out, I feel relieved. What is one of your most memorable experiences in nature?

 With being an outdoorsman, I have quite a few memories of being in nature. However, there's one that stands out the most to me. This experience took place during the fall of my sophomore year of college. I received a mule deer buck tag in the 3B2 unit of North Dakota. Within this unit, I hunted north of Killdeer North Dakota right beside the Little Missouri State Park, just north of the Killdeer mountains. This hunting trip, my dad and I rented out a cabin within the state park from a family whose land we also hunt on. Nothing too fancy, but a nice little wood cabin for a father-son hunting experience.  The hunt started early in the morning, 30 minutes before sunrise. We wake up around 5am to get our morning coffee and breakfast in before a quick morning drive followed by hiking throughout the badlands.   How can video make a measurable difference in people's lives? Video presents the possibility to create the most meaningful messages. It is a medium that does not rely exclusively on words. There are visual elements that the viewer and presenter benefit from. It is a matter of showing versus telling. Evidence of the effectiveness of video is something people witness daily.
