How does camping serve others?
Camping serves others, because camping allows people to get out and experience a new environment. Camping allows people to learn and connect with mother nature, and as well learn how to use their environment. When I go out camping, I feel reconnected with nature. I feel disconnected from society, and the feelings of everyday stress with school, work, etc all just go away. Camping gives so much pleasure that can only be felt when you are out there experiencing it yourself. I like to camp at my family's cabin, however, to some this really isn't camping. That whole idea doesn't bother me too much, however, do whatever you feel is most comfortable to you. You can camp in a cabin, or you can rough it out and use tents. You can also meet in the middle and use campers! Whichever style you choose, this is entirely up to you. I've camped in cabins, tents, and even campers. Camping in tents sure is fun. I would recommend doing it at least once or twice. One of my all time favorite trips was when I went camping in Montana. Here, we did a hike in camping trip where we packed all of our gear in packs, hiked up the mountain, and found a nice little area to set up camp. This was a truly unique experience that I wouldn't recommend to everyone, just be weary and cautious when you decide to do something like this. However, if you choose to do something like this, the experience and the memories will be well worth the reward that you worked for. Again, however which way you choose to camp, feel free to explore what is best for you. Going out and camping is a great way to get yourself into the great outdoors.
